MEMBERSHIP NOTICE

INSURANCE COVERAGE

As advised in a previous Membership Notice, the Ontario Ringette Association switched to the National Insurance Program available through Ringette Canada. The agent providing the insurance services is B. F. Lorenzetti and Associates Inc. of Montreal.

A pamphlet outlining coverage under the program is available from the office for your information and retention.

A copy of the appropriate Accident Claim Report is also available from the office. Obtain a copy as a Master Form, providing necessary photocopies to your teams as required. The Operating Manual, Appendices Section will be updated at next printing. In the meantime, dispose of the old Medical and Dental Claim Forms in the Manual, as well as any other copies you may have on hand.
