2000 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

VOTING VERIFICATION

Registered Members who will be in attendance at the Annual General Meeting must have completed a Voting Verification Card, designating their Voting Delegate. The Delegate must be a Registered Affiliate Member of that Registered Member. The Registered Member must be a member in Good Standing - with all dues and fees owed by that Registered Member for the 1999-2000 season being paid in full.

A Voting Verification Card will be forwarded to each Association under separate cover, along with the A.G.M. Conference Registration Form, in the near future.

Registered Members who will not have a Delegate in attendance at the Annual General Meeting will have their vote carried by their Region’s (Charter Member) Delegate.

In order for your vote to be carried by the Region’s Delegate you must be a Member in Good Standing, with all dues and fees owed for the 1999-2000 season being paid in full.
