MEMBERSHIP NOTICE

2001 PROVINCIAL CHAMPIONSHIP EVENTS

Applications are currently being accepted for Hosts of the 2001 Provincial Championships in the 'A', 'AA' and Adult divisions. Separate applications will be considered for each of the 'A' and 'AA' divisions, and/or applications will be accepted for a combined 'A'/'AA' event. Adult Championships are held as a separate event. Please refer to the Operating Manual, Sport Administration, Section 20, Application Guidelines for basic information on applying. Requirements for the Adult Championships are the same as for Provincial A Championships, except only approximately half of the hours of ice is needed. Applications, along with the $200.00 "Good Faith" cheque (refundable) should be received in sufficient time for review by the appropriate Standing Committees later this year.

As outlined in the Application Guidelines, applications should also be submitted soon for the 2002 Provincial Championship Events. These should be received for review at the April 2000 Committee Meetings.

Applications should be forwarded to the O.R.A. office.
