MEMBERSHIP NOTICE

RISK MANAGEMENT AND SAFETY- FACILITY AUDIT

In accordance with Membership Services, Section 12.5, of the O.R.A. Operating Manual, all arenas used for Ringette Activities must have a Risk Management and Safety Audit Form completed annually.

A Risk Management and Safety Audit Form is enclosed to be used for this purpose. A Form must be completed for each arena used by your association, and sufficient photocopies of the enclosed Form should be taken to meet your needs. Completed Forms must be forwarded to your Region Membership Services Co-ordinator by November 15^th.
