MEMBERSHIP NOTICE

ADULT PROVINCIAL CHAMPIONSHIPS

EVENT HOSTS 2004

 The Application deadline has been extended to November 7, 2003.

The preferred date to host this event is April 1-4, 2004.

Please refer to the Operating Manual, Sport Administration, Section 20, Application Guidelines for basic information on applying. Applications, along with the $200.00 "Good Faith" cheque (refundable) should be forwarded to the O.R.A. office no later than November 7, 2003.

For further information, please call your Adult Development Co-ordinator. A Host Guide is available upon request from the office.

If no Host applies by the November 7th deadline the Championships will be cancelled.
