MEMBERSHIP NOTICE

ADULT PROVINCIAL CHAMPIONSHIPS

The non-refundable deposit has been increased to $500.00.

 Any team wishing to participate in the Adult Provincial Championships must inform their Adult Development Program Co-ordinator, in writing, by January 8th along with a $500.00 non-refundable deposit, Intent to Proceed to Adult Provincials Form (ADP-F-01), Team Registration Form and any Change of Information Form(s).
