MEMBERSHIP NOTICE

PROVINCIAL LEVEL PETITE TEAMS

Motions were carried at the Board of Directors meeting, May 2-4, 2003,

"that all Petite teams wishing to advance to the Provincial ‘AA’ or ‘A’ Championships must register as Provincial Petite teams (no designation)"

and

"that no Provincial Petite team may seed themselves or be seeded ‘A’ or ‘AA’ until the G&T meeting in January, at which time all teams will be seeded on their performance to date"

Reminder: Provincial Petite teams wishing to attend the Provincial "A" or "AA" Provincial Championships must attend at least 2 Provincial Petite Tournaments, one of which must be outside of the home Region prior to the seeding meeting (January 8th). In extreme circumstances, proof of rejection from a tournament will be considered.

** For those Associations using Electronic Registration, when "Adding a New Team" select Age Code "P", Level "A" to ensure that submitted fees are accurate
