REGISTRATION DUES AND FEES

At their May 4-6, 2001 meeting, the Board of Directors passed Motion D8-00-37, revising Registration Dues and Fees commencing with the 2001/2002 season. The new dues and fees structure follows:

Indemnification Due: $3.00

Insurance Coverage: $1.50

Program Affiliation Fees

- Players: Entry Level $12.00

Novice – Masters $22.00

- Volunteers: Head Coach $12.00

Assistant Coach $12.00

Manager $12.00

Trainer $12.00

Referee $20.00

Administrators NIL

• Team Fees:

Provincial A Level Teams - Team Administration $80.00

Provincial AA Level Teams - Team Administration $80.00

Adult Provincial Championship Teams

(Other than Provincial A Level Teams – Team Administration $30.00

National Surcharge Fees have not changed and continue as outlined in the Operating Manual.

Membership Services, Section 5, Membership Dues and Fees Schedule, of the Operating Manual is in the process of being updated. Revised pages will be forwarded by early September.
