The Operating Manual has been located on the O.R.A. website for information purposes, and to improve accessibility for the general membership. While every effort has been made to ensure accuracy of the information, the original copy of the Manual located at the O.R.A. office is considered to be the final authority, and interpretation of the contents is still subject to Board of Directors approval.
