ON MOTIONS DULY MADE, SECONDED AND CARRIED, IT WAS RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
D5-02-01 "That we accept the Minutes of the November 8-10 Board Meeting".
D5-02-02 "That the fee for 2003 Provincial ‘AA’ Championships be $900.00 for all age groups".
D5-02-03 "That the Cambridge ‘AA’ Provincial Budget be accepted with the final team numbers of 35".
D5-02-04 "That the age group be set at 1986 and younger for the ‘’AAA’ 2003-2004".
D5-02-05 "That the Officiating Committee be allowed to purchase official shirts for on-ice persons at the ‘A’ and ‘AA’ Provincials effective 2003 with additional purchases for new officials attending in subsequent years".
D5-02-06 "That Ontario Ringette nominates Barb Bautista for the Canadian Athlete Hall of Fame".
D5-02-07 "That the Provincial A Budget be accepted as amended and that the fee for the Provincial A Championship be $900.00".
D5-02-08 "That the Job Descriptions for all office positions be accepted as presented".
D5-02-09 "That the Personnel Policy be accepted as presented".
D5-02-10 "That Ontario Ringette support the 2003 Nationals financially by purchasing a full page ad in the program; provide 1 Hospitality reception; and purchase a banner. The total not to exceed $4,000.00".
