ON MOTIONS DULY MADE, SECONDED AND CARRIED, IT WAS RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
Motion D4-06-01 "That the agenda be adopted as amended".
Motion D4-06-02 "That the minutes for the meeting of Nov 17-19, 2006 and the teleconference call of Nov. 28, 2006 be adopted".
Motion D4-06-03 "That we fund the Past President ORA’s attendance at the Ringette Canada AGM 2007".
Motion D4-06-06 "That Oshawa Ringette is approved to host the 2008 Provincial A Championships on March 20-23, 2008, pending ice confirmation and contract being signed".
Motion D4-06-04 "That the ORA Board of Directors support Kingston Ringette Association’s application for Trillium Funding".
Motion D4-06-05 "That reference to a "Harassment Officer being appointed" be removed from the manual and replaced by a "Harassment Officer be appointed as required".
Motion D4-06-07 "That the Arena Supplies List, Event Responsibilities List, Coaches Meeting Agenda, and Agnes Jacks Memorial be added to the Appendices section of the Provincial Host Guide".
Motion D4-06-08 "That the exemption from tournament qualifications for Provincials be granted for Sudbury and Thunder Bay Open "A" teams".
Motion D4-06-10 "That Valley East Petite team is exempt from the 2 tournaments requirements for the 2006-07 season".
Motion D4-06-11 "That the "A" schedule as presented by Jackie be accepted with corrections to the numbers to allow for seeding for game play".
Motion D4-06-12 "That Tim Kunkel be asked to provide the results information system for the "AA" Provincials in Nepean in 2007 following the requested criteria as approved by the Board".
Motion D4-06-13 "That the new trophies be purchased by the Ringette Store and be sponsored by The Ringette Store and Hudson Travel Group. The trophies will have a bowl on top with bases that can be added to in future years. The Ringette Store to order and prepare for provincials – "AA" – The Ringette Store – "A" Hudson Travel Group".
Motion D4-06-14 "That for the 2006-07 playing season the Open "AA" teams will be subjected to a fine of $300.00 per team because they did not attend the minimum tournament requirements for 2007 "AA" Provincials. Upon payment of the $300.00 per team they will be allowed to attend the Provincial Championships".
