ON MOTIONS DULY MADE, SECONDED AND CARRIED, IT WAS RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
Motion D4-05-01 "That the Agenda be adopted as amended."
Motion D4-05-02 "That the Minutes of the Board of Directors Meeting for November 11-13, 2005 be accepted as presented."
Motion D4-05-03 "That O.R.A. sanction the Team Ontario Application to host a tournament at York University on November 22-26, 2006. Divisions to be hosted, other than Belle AAA and Open AA to be negotiated through consultation with the G&T Committee."
Motion D4-05-04 "That O.R.A. allow coaches at the AA level who took the Introduction to Competition (CI) clinic in the fall of 2005 be allowed an exemption from the online Ethics Evaluation for the 2006 Provincial Championships."
Motion D4-05-05 "That to accept Nepean Ringette as the host for the 2007 "AA" Provincial Championships, March 8-11, 2007 pending verification of ice availability for said dates with adequate hours to host games as set out in the Provincial Host Guide."
Motion D4-05-06 "That all tournaments for Provincial level teams be required to use shot clocks unless approval to do otherwise is received from the Regional G&T Co-ordinator."
Motion D4-05-07 "That the ‘Application to Host Provincials’ be adopted as revised."
Motion D4-05-08 "That to accept the ‘Sanction Event Application’ as amended."
Motion D4-05-09 "That we include the attachment for recruiting and retention information on the website."
