ON MOTIONS DULY MADE, SECONDED AND CARRIED, IT WAS RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:

D2-06-01 "That the agenda be adopted".

D2-06-02 "That the minutes from the Board of Directors meeting May 28, 2006 be adopted as presented".

D2-06-03 "That whatever Volunteer Screening process the local and regional associations currently utilize it must include a criminal records check for all bench staff by 8 January".

D2-06-04 "That to add Format Section to the Elite manual as Section 2 a (iv) as submitted".

D2-06-08 "That the new "Provincial Ranking System" for Wild Card Selection as presented be accepted for use beginning with 2006/07 playing season".

D2-06-09 "That for the Provincial Ranking System (Wild Card Selection), games outside Ontario between Ontario teams in the same division are included in the ranking data but do not count in tournament total or in the tournament total outside of region".

D2-06-10 "That "There will be no exceptions made to the Masters age division for sanctioned play." be removed from ADP 2 1 (d)".

D2-06-11 "That "must receive the appropriate approval" replace "must receive approval from the Regional ADP Co-ordinator and the Regional Executive" ADP 2 1 (d)".

"That G&T Co-ordinator and Membership Services Co-ordinator be added to the approval for over aged players. ADP 2 1 (d) I".
