ON MOTIONS DULY MADE, SECONDED AND CARRIED, IT WAS RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:

D2-04-01 "That the Agenda be adopted as amended".

D2-04-02 "That the Minutes of the Board Meeting of September 12-14, 2003 be adopted".

D2-04-03 "That the Proposed Budget as amended from the TEC in Thunder Bay be accepted with the fee set at $550.00 and the ice time based on 30 hours".

D2-04-04 "That the Eagle Lake Ringette Camp Budget be accepted".

D2-04-05 "That the Valley East Provincial AA Championships Budget be accepted as presented".

D2-04-06 "That we accept Richmond Hill’s Provincial A Budget based on $1,000.00 team registration fee and receipt of their final budget".

D2-04-07 "That:

      1. Webmaster at Provincials

      2. Host Committee will provide the Webmaster working space".

D2-04-08 "That the four (4) Provincial Champions, Tween, Junior, Belle and Open, be provided off-ice uniforms that would be mandatory apparel at all National (Eastern) Championship Events at a cost of $9,000.00".

D2-04-09 "That the Ontario Ringette Association supports the application of Whitby Ringette Association to apply to Host the Nationals in 2007".
