REGISTERING ASSOCIATION VOLUNTEERS

Who should you register and submit dues/insurance for:

Voting members of the Association Executive (only voting members) must be registered
Officiating Evaluators who are not active as on-ice officials
Observer Coaches who are not active as bench staff
It is strongly recommended to include any person who assists with on-ice activities.

NOTE: Dues and Insurance Fees are applicable for these volunteers and provides them with Accident and Liability Coverage.

A separate list of all other volunteers, who assist the association in some capacity, must be maintained by the association. There are no applicable dues and fees. These volunteers are covered by liability insurance. (Do NOT submit this list to the ORA office).
