thirty (30) days prior to the submission dates (Submission dates are March 1st, July 1st and November 1st).

The O.R.A., as per The Ontario Trillium Foundation Procedure, must co-sign these Grant Submissions.

The O.R.A., as per The Ontario Trillium Foundation Procedure, must provide a letter of support for these Grant Submissions. This is necessary as the O.R.A.’s Letter of Patent and Financial Statements are required by The Ontario Trillium Foundation for these Grant submissions.

The O.R.A., as per The Ontario Trillium Foundation Procedure, will provide feedback to the submitting associations to insure the best interest of Ontario Ringette.

Incorporated associations do not require Ontario Ringette involvement in the bid process but are asked to notify the O.R.A. of any bids to The Ontario Trillium Foundation. Email . This would be in the association’s best interest as The Ontario Trillium Foundation contacts the office for references.
