LOCAL ASSOCIATION BOARD OF DIRECTORS/MAILING CONTACTS A Membership Application Form is enclosed for completion for the Ringette year commencing June 1, 2007. In accordance with the O.R.A. Operating Manual, Membership Services, Section 2, Member Voting Rights, each Registered Member (Association) shall designate their delegate to act on behalf of the Association pertaining to O.R.A. matters. Please complete the Membership Application Form, recording one delegate only, either the President or another Member. Please complete the reverse of the form to list your Association’s Board of Directors for the coming season. Return the completed form to the O.R.A. office on or before June 1st wherever possible. Reminder that the $75.00 annual association membership fee is also due June 1st.
