By way of motion the Ontario Ringette Board of Directors has accepted the Coaching Development Committee's recommendation that:

Whatever Volunteer Screening process the Local and Regional Association's currently utilize, it must include a criminal record check be done for all Bench Staff by January 8th.

Police Record Checks should be within three (3) years from date of submission.
