As part of our Grant Application to the Ministry, the O.R.A. requires information on the various activities that your association and region uses to:

Educate or orientate officials and coaches. This in addition to formal NCCP and NOCP clinics.
Skill development activities for novice to elite athletes.
Programs/events implemented specifically to recruit athletes to participate
Talent identification activities.

Please take the time to fill out and return the attached form. We do not require a lot of detail:

region/association, location, date, attendance (number of participants) and age group.

If it�s more convenient just email the above information after your event/activity to [email protected].
