The various Standing Committees have requested that we include the optional collection of email addresses as part of the registration process.

This will enhance the Committees’ ability to communicate directly with our members without incurring mailing costs.

There are several ways members can supply their email address (optional):

• Officials on the Official Registration Form (O-F-05)
• Bench Staff on the Bench Staff Code of Conduct Form (C-F-01)
• Local Association Registrars – If your members supply you with their email address you can enter it in the electronic registration system. Use the line Address 2 to enter the information.
