Registered Members who will be in attendance at the Annual General Meeting must have completed a Voting Verification Card, designating their Voting Delegate. The Delegate must be a Registered Affiliate Member of that Registered Member. The Registered Member must be a member in Good Standing – with all dues and fees owed by that Registered Member for the current season being paid in full no later than registration at the Annual General Meeting. A Voting Verification Card will be forwarded to each Association, along with the A.G.M. Conference Registration Form. Registered Members who will not have a Delegate in attendance at the Annual General Meeting will have their vote carried by their Region’s (Charter Member) Delegate. * Note: Dues and Fees include all Tournament Sanction Fees, i.e.: initial $40.00 payment, plus balance of ‘per team’ fees. For voting purposes only at the Annual General Meeting, an outstanding Accounts Receivable of less than $5.00 shall be deemed to be paid in full. The account is otherwise still due and payable to the Ontario Ringette Association.
