Facility Audits, September 30, 2003: Member Notices

RISK MANAGEMENT AND SAFETY- FACILITY AUDIT

In accordance with Membership Services, Section 12.e, of the O.R.A. Operating Manual, all arenas used for Ringette Activities must have a Risk Management and Safety Audit Form completed annually.

A Risk Management and Safety Audit Form can be obtained by clicking here (PDF, 21Kb) or by going to the Appendices section of the online ORA Manuals. A Form must be completed for each arena used by your association, and sufficient copies of the enclosed Form should be printed to meet your needs. Completed Forms must be forwarded to your Region Membership Services Co-ordinator by November 15th.

Associations will be fined $50.00 per facility for failure to submit the Risk Management and Safety Audit Form by the deadline.
