Senior National Team Announced

Ottawa, ON – June 22, 2017 – Ringette Canada is pleased to announce its senior national team roster that will be competing at the 2017 world ringette championship taking place from November 27 to December 3, 2017 at Hershey Centre in Mississauga. The 21 athletes were named following a selection camp that took place in Calgary this past weekend.

The following are the 21 athletes who will represent Canada on the senior national team:

Barb Bautista (Calgary) leads the senior national team as head coach, along with assistant coach Sharolyn Wouters (Port Perry, ON), head athletic therapist Connie Klassen (Victoria), player development consultants Alexis Snowdon (Edmonton) and Carly Ross (Edmonton), goalie development consultant Keely Brown (Edmonton), mental performance consultant Carl Nienhuis (Abbotsford), National Team Program Logistics and Team Services manager Stephanie Laurin (Kingston) and strength and conditioning consultant Nick Westcott (Ottawa).
